Electric Resistance Heating for Interference Fit Assembly

The interference-fit assembly process involves heating metal parts of various types. This heating causes thermal expansion of the part, allowing it to be assembled by sliding. Our heating system is widely used in the industry as the most economical, efficient, and safe method of heating.

INDUCTION HEATING FOR ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY BY INTERFERENCE

Induction heating solution is suitable for ferrous metal parts, especially when ultra-rapid heating is required. Due to the short heating time, this process allows heating of the Ring or Sleeve without heating the central shaft, enabling interference-fit disassembly. This technology can also be used in interference-fit assembly processes.
