Heat treatment and stress relief in temporary furnaces

TECNOTRAT manufactures industrial furnaces for stress relief heat treatment, annealing, quenching, solutionizing, and normalization.

The furnaces can be bell-type, bogie hearth, double-door, or guillotine type, depending on the geometry and dimensions specified by the customer.

The furnace heating system can utilize convective heating with high-speed burners generating hot air through the combustion of LPG or natural gas, or heating can be achieved through high-temperature electric resistors.

TECNOTRAT also offers furnace refurbishments and maintenance, complete automation and instrumentation system upgrades, conversion from electric to gas heating, and refractory replacement.

The stress relief system in furnaces is used for parts that require overall stress relief due to their dimensions or the large number of welds that need to be treated simultaneously.
